Steph Chamberlain is the founder of Edit & Elevate Property Staging, a Kent-based business helping investors, developers and estate agents present vacant properties at their best.

Before founding Edit & Elevate, Steph spent more than 25 years in NHS operational leadership, leading complex services, improving performance and delivering transformation. That experience gave her a sharp eye for potential, a practical approach to change and the ability to bring every detail together around a clear goal.

Property and interiors have been a passion for almost 30 years. Alongside her career, Steph has renovated, styled and transformed her own homes, developing an instinct for seeing what a space could become.

Edit & Elevate brings those strengths together. Steph combines creative vision with commercial thinking to turn empty rooms into welcoming, aspirational spaces. Through carefully chosen furniture and considered styling, she helps prospective buyers picture the life a property could offer.
